During the busy holiday season we are staffed to accommodate most orders within 24 hours. At other times of the year, we make every effort to ship all orders within 7-14 days. Many of our items require substantial hand-crafting and may require additional time. Your credit card will not be charged until items are ready to ship.

If you agree to receive email from our marketing partners, we will share with them your email address and the information described above, so they can send you offers for products and services that may be of interest to you. We will only share your e-mail address if you have opted in by checking the box on the checkout page. Additionally, each email our partners send you will include a description of the simple opt out process to enable you to stop receiving future e-mail.

If you return your order in the same fine and fully marketable condition it was in when it left our facility, and if all original tags are attached, we will promptly and courteously refund, credit your charge card, or exchange the item within 15 days of receipt of order. If we determine a returned garment requires dry cleaning, we will deduct $25.00 from any refund due. It is not our policy to pay freight for returning an article other than in the case of product defects.
